[01:36]Hey, what’s up? Welcome back to another episode of The Home Based Business Podcast. So today, I want to dive deep into how to become successful with our personal growth via personal development books. The area that I want to focus on with books today is energy and health. The reason I want to start with this when it comes to how to be successful and how to focus on our personal growth is because if we don’t have this in order, if we don’t have our health in order, if we don’t have energy in order, we’re not going to be able to work to our potential. And if we’re not able to work to our potential, then we’re not able to get the results that we desire in our life and in our businesses. And before I get into why we need to focus so much on health and energy, is I want to share a story about what happened to me in the past before I made this a priority.

[02:29]So for me, before I understood the importance of a personal development plan template by getting my health in order and getting my energy in order, my life was very scattered. Some days, I would have great days, some days, I would have mediocre days, and some days I would have horrible days. And so my plan template in my business and my life was very inconsistent. Because think about this, how many times do you live a day where you just don’t feel like doing whatever you have to do, right? And so with the plan template before I got my energy in place and got my health in place, that’s where I was at. I was in a place where I was just very inconsistent because I didn’t feel like giving it my best every single day. And what ended up happening because I wasn’t focusing on my health and I wasn’t focusing on my energy, is I wasn’t being able to focus on my personal growth like I wanted to, I wasn’t able to get to the level of success that I wanted to, and I wasn’t able to be in peak performance for myself. And because of this overall, it showed in my results. My results just lacked over time and my results were inconsistent.

[03:30]Now with personal development blogs the second that I learned about the importance of health and energy, that transformed everything about me. In blogs It pretty much started within. And once I created mastery within, I was able to see mastery without inside of my outside world. And I want to go into why this is so important. The reason why we want to focus on energy and health is so we could be in a peak state every single day of our life. And so what is a peak state? A peak state is where you’re just a 10 out of 10, on fire with knowing who you are, where you want to go, and then knowing exactly what you have to do at any period of time in your life. And so when you’re able to get into peak state, what ends up happening is you could easily crush your goals. You could easily know exactly where you’re at and where you want to go. And what exactly is peak state?And I want to go more into depth into what peak state is and how it can really affect us.

[04:39]So think about all the stimulants that we have that help us get into a peak type of state. Development a personal leadership development plan. Caffeine is one example, right? How often do you drink coffee or any type of caffeine, just to get into a mood, just to get into a state where you feel like working? There are ways beyond that, so you don’t have to be on caffeine 24/7. There are natural ways for you to get into peak state with leadership, where you just feel invigorated to go after your goals and your dreams. And so that’s the importance of peak state is just realizing like, “Hey, I need to feel good so I could perform good inside of my life and inside of my business.

[05:22]Now I want to go into the best personal development programs on how do we get into peak state. What are some of the best strategies for programs that we can use to get us into peak state, so we could focus on our health and focus on our energy, so as a byproduct, our business continues to grow because we’re pouring energy into our business? In my personal opinion, there are five areas to focus on when it comes into developing a peak state and developing our health and our energy.

[05:50]So to hit your personal development goals number one is food. We want to make sure our goals that we’re consuming great,healthy, organic food. All of the GMO stuff that’s out there in the marketplace, we do not want to put it into our body. That is for sure going to lower our energy, and it’sgoing to put us not in a peak state. If you’re here eating a lot of GMO food, you need to get rid of that, like today. And so that’s step one is make sure that you’re consuming nonGMO food and consuming organic food on a consistent basis.

[06:19]Number two topics is you want to be drinking really good water. This is something that I would recommend. There’s a documentary out there called Tapped, and it’s on the bottled water industry. If you’re drinking bottled water right now, you are messing up when it comes to your health. Drinking bottled water is going to for sure put you in a low peak state. It’s going to put you in a low state, your energy is going to be low, and your health is going to be low. With courses we ended up investing into a medicalgrade water technology device over eight years ago and that’s what I use to get into peak state. Soevery single day, I’m legitimately drinking the healthiest water on planet Earth so I could be in peak state every single day of my life. And so those are the first two food, water.

[07:03]Number three is people. With the right coach you want to check the people that you’re hanging out with on a consistent basis. Do the people that you hang out with have the goals that you desire? Do they have the peak state and the energy and the health that you desire?If you want to be in peak state, and you’re not in peak state right now, if you don’t have health, and if you don’t have good energy, hang out with people that have that. Hang out with healthy people. Hang out with people that are working out, that are eating right, that are drinking right. Start hanging out with people who are successful with their personal growth, and what’s going to end up happening is soon enough, you will start becoming successful with your personal growth podcasts.

[08:06]The fourth area with books I want to talk about when it comes to being able to get into a peak state is anchors. So there’s a phenomenon called anchoring, where you apply a physiological response to a heightened state, you could anchor that into your neurology. Yes with the definition, I know, I just used a few big words. Pretty much the top what I’m trying to say, let me give you an example. Let’s say you’re watching a sports game and your team scores, and you jump up and start clapping your hands. That by itself is going to put you in a peak state because you’re moving your physiology, you’re moving your body. And so there are hacks in order to do that naturally and what it comes down to is anchoring states. That could be let’s say, you close a deal, you clap your hands just like you were at a sports game and that’s going to put you in a peak state. Or let’s say you have questions and want something good to happen in your life and you yell at the top of your lungs to put you in a peak state. Or the way I learned this is from Tony Robbins. What Tony Robbins does, is he has a trampoline, and before he goes out on stage, he jumps on his trampoline, so he could get in peak state. And so any way where you move your physical body, your physiology, you could get into peak state, and that’s called an anchor. You’re anchoring something within your physical body to help you get to a peak state.

[09:26]Define and the fifth and final area to focus on to help you get into a peak state is your faith; your faith with yourself, your faith with God, and faith in what you’re doing. Because if your faith is right, and you’re centered within, and you’re at peace within, you’re going to be able to focus and create that high energy so you could be in peak state on a consistent basis.

[09:48]Now think about this blog. What if you were able to focus on your personal growth, specifically within your health and your energy, so you could be in a peak state 24/7? What’s that going to do for your life? Let’s say right now, you are living a very scattered, inconsistent life because you always don’t feel like doing it. Think about how many times you wake up and you say to yourself, maybe unconsciously, “Hey, I don’t feel like doing this today, or I don’t feel like doing that today, or I’ll do that tomorrow.” When you’re in a peak state, you don’t have to worry about that because you’re going to feel like doing it today. And what’s going to end up happening is when you start applying what we talked about here today, is you’ll go from an ordinary life to an extra ordinary life. You’ll start living an extraordinary life because you’re in a peak state 24/7. And if you do this long enough, you’re going to create a life of mastery. You’re going to start seeing different areas of your life that start to improve.Yes, your health is going to improve, yes, your energy is going to improve, but pretty soon, because that’s the foundation to being in peak state, you’re going to start seeing your finances improve, you’re going to start seeing your relationships improve, you’re going to start seeing your business improve, you’re going to start seeing your faith improve, you’re going to start seeing every little thing in your life improve if you focus on your health, if you focus on your energy, so you can be in peak state 24/7.

[11:24]I hope today, I was able to break down the importance of health and energy, and being in peak state so that you could conquer your days, conquer your months, conquer your years and conquer your life. If you get anything from our talk today, I think the number one takeaway that you could start applying to your life, is just focus on your health. Do whatever you can to start feeling better every single day, and over time, you’re going to feel really, really good on a daily basis so you want to focus on your personal growth, and you want to focus on your business. I’m telling you, this is one of the hacks to success is in being in very great health. Almost every single high performer that I know is extremely healthy. They’re in great shape. They eat good food, they drink good water, they’re just healthy overall. And I want to end with a story on how my life has changed ever since I started focusing on my health and my energy and focus on being in a peak state all the time.

[12:26]I went from having scattered, inconsistent success, to having consistent success. I’ve shared my story a lot here on the podcast, but you know I went from working at a nine to five job I wasn’t passionate about to now building a successful home based business full time for over five years now. And because of this, I’ve been able to create mastery in certain areas of my life, so I’m starting to see an increasing spiral of momentum in different areas of my life. And guess what? At the end of the day, it really starts with me focusing on my energy, my health, and being in peak state 24/7because once I’m able to do that, I’m able to get better and better results in my life and I want the same for you. So go out there focus on your health, get your energy right,start figuring out ways to get into peak state, and take control of your life and your business. All right, peace.
